Throughout his 25-year career, Dan has led real estate projects in most sectors: Industrial, Office, Residential, Retail, Hospitality, Mixed-Use, and Mission Critical Environments. He started his career in construction management as a general contractor competitively bidding and overseeing an array of projects from minor retail renovations to ground-up datacenter construction.
As Director of Development of a regional, mixed use project, Dan has led teams through the entire development life cycle from due diligence, underwriting, entitlements, design, construction management and leasing. In Corporate Real Estate roles, Dan has managed office, lab, hotel and datacenter build-outs for his own accounts.
Having experience as a General Contractor, Developer, Owner and End User, Dan has a deep understanding of how to successfully manage complex, demanding projects from the viewpoint of each stakeholder. This perspective and knowledge fosters mature, expedient decision making to effectively meet and exceed client expectations.
Dan holds a Masters in Finance from the University or Maryland and a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering with a Management minor from Tufts University.
